Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase on The Quiet Page Atelier Complete Kit, the main product. Add-on products, including individual cross-sell items and the Complete Bundle, are non-refundable. To request a refund, email productadvice.info@gmail.com with your order email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How long refunds take

Once we issue your refund, your bank or card issuer usually shows it as a credit within about 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank. If we refund very soon after your purchase, the original charge may simply disappear from your statement instead of showing as a separate credit.
