Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Hydra Constellation SRL collects and uses personal information when you visit the Quiet Page Atelier website or buy from us.
Who we are
The data controller is Hydra Constellation SRL, Via Riace 76, 00118 Roma, Italy. Email: productadvice.info@gmail.com. Quiet Page Atelier is a brand of Hydra Constellation SRL.
What we collect
- Email address, which you give us at checkout or on the /access page.
- Order details: the products you bought, the amount, the date and time, and the payment reference from our payment provider.
- Payment information, which is handled by Stripe. Stripe processes your card or wallet details on our checkout page. We don't receive or store your full card number.
- Device and usage data, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the actions you take (for example, viewing the page, starting checkout or completing a purchase). We collect this through the Meta Pixel in your browser and through Meta's Conversions API from our server. When we send purchase events through the Conversions API, your email address is hashed (converted into a coded string) before it is sent.
- Cookies and similar technologies, used to keep the site working, remember your cart and measure our advertising.
- Messages you send us, such as support emails and refund requests.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent banner, and we use the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API only after they accept. Everywhere else, you can turn advertising measurement off at any time with the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser.
Why we use it, and our legal bases
Because we are based in the European Union, we follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We rely on these legal bases:
- To process your order and deliver your files (sending download links, refreshing links at /access, handling refunds): performance of a contract with you.
- To keep tax and accounting records: compliance with our legal obligations.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure: our legitimate interests.
- To answer your questions: performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in helping you.
- To measure and improve our advertising with the Meta Pixel and Conversions API: your consent where the law requires it, and otherwise our legitimate interest in understanding which ads bring visitors to our store.
- To send marketing emails: your consent only. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every marketing email.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Stripe: payment processing on our checkout page.
- Resend: transactional email, such as your download links.
- Klaviyo: marketing email, only if you have given consent.
- Meta: advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
- Lovable and Supabase: website hosting and the database that stores orders and access records.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 10 years, as required by Italian rules on keeping accounting records.
- Download and access records: for as long as you may need fresh links, and no longer than the order records.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
- Support messages: up to 24 months after the conversation ends, unless they relate to an order record.
- Advertising data held by Meta: according to Meta's own policies.
International transfers
Some of our providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards recognized under the GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified companies or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights under the GDPR
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Your rights as a US resident
Some US states, including California, give residents specific privacy rights. Wherever you live in the US, you can ask us to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we use it and who we share it with.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as tax records.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sharing your personal information for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising, such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
We don't sell your personal information for money. We don't collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.
To use any of these rights, email productadvice.info@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and the email you used with us. To opt out of sharing for advertising, use the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email us with the subject line "Do not share my information." We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent where your state allows it.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our products are for adult makers. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reputable providers and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
